The German Research Landscape & Funding Opportunities for Faculty and Postdocs

This information session by the DAAD – German Academic Exchange Service will present an overview of the German research landscape, its major players, and funding programs to support research activities in Germany.

DAAD is Germany’s national agency to foster international academic exchange. To this end, DAAD offers scholarships and grants to university students and faculty who wish to study or conduct research in Germany. In Canada, DAAD is represented by its Information Centre in Toronto.

The information presented will be of particular relevance to faculty and postdocs.
