Mid-course feedback resources

November 05, 2020

The unexpected movement to teaching online has resulted in a variety of changes and challenges for teaching — and, of course, for student learning as well.

Mid-course feedback (MCF) is an option for letting students in your course voice their experiences, and for instructors to make adjustments or address concerns based on concrete information. Unlike end-of-course evaluations, MCF is conducted part-way through the term, so any modifications to the course can impact current students as well as future course participants.

Explore the new UBC Mid-Course Feedback website to find out how you can use mid-course feedback to adopt a learner-centred approach to teaching, and access tips, question guides and more.
