The IRP Student program knows our community is eager to get a look at Workday Student and do what they can to prepare. We’ve developed a promo toolkit for the Workday Student Basics course, which is available on Canvas (CWL login required).
Workday Student Basics Course
This module covers basic, yet essential, aspects of Workday Student, including:
- Navigating the new system
- How to use the search function
- Understanding Workday Student Vocabulary
- How security access is assigned
- Accessing records and reports
This course models how Workday Student training material will generally be structured.
We encourage people whose roles are impacted by Launch 1 of Workday Student (Oct 2023) to take this course now in preparation for core training that will begin in July. Those not impacted until Launch 2 (Feb 2024) won’t have training until Fall 2023, so there is less urgency. Those who are unsure if they are impacted by Launch 1, should reach out to their Primary Transition Lead (PTL).
