The UBC Executive recently approved the construction of three- 3,500 square foot modular buildings in Acadia Park, which will add up to 100 child care spaces to the Vancouver campus by the end of summer 2019.
UBC is now home to Canada’s first and only Emeritus College – a highly valuable resource that will support faculty members and senior academic administrators as they transition into retirement, and will enable UBC emeriti to continue their vital contributions to the university.
We have released our first bargaining bulletin for the 2016 bargaining period. The University met with the Faculty Association on Jan. 26, 2017, and proposals were exchanged.
