New Reports Published on Equity, Diversity & Inclusion in the Canada Research Chair Program

The first of two reports explores more equitable assessments of research excellence, and uncovers barriers and challenges to accessibility at systemic, institutional, and departmental levels within academia across Canada. The second report examines experiences of new and former Canada Research Chairs at UBC and provides recommendations for a more equitable research environment. These reports are a part of UBC’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan.
