Moving for faculty and senior management
Through Central HR, UBC offers support with relocation for individuals in eligible faculty and senior management roles.
You are considered eligible if you are a tenure-stream faculty member, prospective tenure-stream faculty member, librarian, or senior management staff who is relocating to the UBC Vancouver campus from outside Metro Vancouver or the UBC Okanagan campus from outside the Kelowna area.
For information on the steps and processes to access relocation support, visit Central HR's moving for faculty and senior management page.
Policy for Relocation and Travel
The eligibility and provisions for travel and relocation assistance are located under two UBC policies:
- Policy HR6 – Relocation
- Policy FM8 - Business Expenses
