Dr. Steven Miller appointed Head, Department of Pediatrics

Appointment Date

Dr. Steven Miller has been appointed as the Head of the UBC Department of Pediatrics, effective April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2027.

Dr. Miller is currently a professor at the University of Toronto, and Head of the Garry Hurvitz Centre for Brain & Mental Health and Head of the Division of Neurology at the Hospital for Sick Children. He is also the co-director of CHILD-BRIGHT and was past President of the Society for Pediatric Research. In addition, Dr. Miller currently holds an affiliate professor appointment at UBC and has numerous research collaborations.
