I am pleased to announce that, after a national search, Annie Yim is the successful candidate for the Deputy Registrar role at UBC. Ms. Yim has been acting in the role over the last two years and has done a tremendous job leading within Enrolment Services and across the university during the pandemic. Her strong people focus for students, staff, and faculty and deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing Enrolment Services, UBC, and higher education will bring stability and continuity during a time of transition and upcoming changes. Ms. Yim will continue to provide leadership in the areas of scheduling, records and systems management; undergraduate admissions and domestic student recruitment & advising; student support and advising; and student financial management.
